Supply Chain Analyst (On-Site) - South Miami, FL

About the Role
In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening supply chain accuracy and efficiency. You'll manage master data, support forecasting, analyze material requirements, and work closely with suppliers to ensure products arrive when they're needed. Your analytical skills will directly influence planning decisions, cost improvements, and the reliability of internal systems.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Data, Analytics & Systems
- Maintain and enhance master data elements such as item attributes, configurations, and BOM details.
- Use advanced Excel and analytics tools to improve visibility, automate reporting, and fill system gaps.
- Analyze trends in inventory, consumption, lead times, and supplier behavior to support better planning decisions.
- Develop dashboards, tools, and models that support KPI tracking and forecasting.
- Supply Planning & Inventory Optimization
- Evaluate materials requirements, safety stock needs, and replenishment strategies.
- Monitor demand shifts and supply risks to minimize shortages and avoid excess.
- Support new product introductions through complete data setup, planning parameters, and purchasing readiness.
- Supplier Management & Procurement Support
- Generate purchase orders and track them through delivery, analyzing performance metrics to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with vendors to address delays, quality concerns, or cost opportunities.
- Assist in supplier evaluations and rationalization using data-driven insights.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience across supply chain analytics, operations, or purchasing functions.
- Technical Skills
- Highly proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, macros; Power Query/Power BI ideal).
- Comfortable navigating ERP environments; experience with platforms like SAP, Dynamics GP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Industry Background
- Experience with high SKU environments such as medical devices, manufacturing, consumer goods, or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with quality and regulatory frameworks (FDA, ISO, or similar) is beneficial.
